Prohibited Items Policy

1. Scope

These restrictions apply to Sugoi Scoops inventory, Trade listings and proxy purchasing requests. Items must comply with Japanese law, destination-country rules, payment-provider restrictions and available carrier policies. We may reject items even if they are legal locally when we cannot lawfully or safely process or ship them.

2. Prohibited categories

• Illegal, stolen, fraudulently obtained or counterfeit goods, including fake anime figures and trading cards.
• Items that infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproductions.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, prohibited weapons and related restricted components.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances and unauthorized prescription products.
• Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine and other age-restricted goods unless expressly permitted by our policies and all applicable requirements; our default policy is not to accept them.
• Pornographic or otherwise unlawful adult material.
• Hazardous chemicals, flammables, unsafe batteries and carrier-prohibited dangerous goods.
• Live animals, protected wildlife, endangered-species products and unlawfully traded biological materials.
• Perishable food and food, cosmetics or supplements that cannot lawfully be sold, exported, imported or shipped for the specific order.
• Recalled, expired, unsafe or materially misrepresented products.
• Stolen personal data, fraudulent documents, compromised accounts or unlawfully obtained digital goods.
• Sanctioned, export-controlled, import-prohibited or otherwise restricted items.
• Material promoting or facilitating unlawful violence or terrorist activity.

3. Collectibles and secondhand items

Authentic, lawfully acquired secondhand anime merchandise may be eligible, subject to any required secondhand-dealer licensing and accurate condition disclosures. Sellers may not claim that unofficial merchandise is officially licensed or conceal material defects.

4. Review and enforcement

We may request proof of authenticity, ownership or shipping eligibility; reject a request; remove a listing; cancel an affected order; or restrict an account, subject to applicable law and our refund policy. Users can report suspected prohibited items to support@sugoitrade.com.
